Smart Solutions RX, together with SmartGraft, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our operations team. This position plays an important role in ensuring our customers receive products and medical devices accurately and on time. You will be responsible for processing orders, managing inventory, assembling products, and supporting day-to-day shipping logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Fulfillment:
- Fill customer orders from Shopify
- Enter tracking information into Database
- Product Assembly:
- Fill and labeling products
- Assemble medical device canisters
- Inventory Management:
- Receive incoming inventory
- Perform routine inventory cycle counts
- Assist in maintaining organized and accurate stock levels
- Shipping & Logistics:
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurate and timely
- Other Duties:
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist team members with shipping and receiving tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Basic computer skills experience with (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Previous experience in shipping, inventory, or warehouse operations preferred
