What You'll Do:
- Diagnose & Repair Plumbing Issues: Handle drain clogs, leaks, water pressure problems, and fixture malfunctions.
- Install & Upgrade Plumbing Systems: Install new plumbing fixtures, supply lines, drain systems, and re-route outdated plumbing.
- Ensure Compliance: Follow local building codes and safety regulations in all plumbing installations.
- Customer-Focused Service: Maintain professional and courteous interactions with clients to build trust and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Remodeling Teams: Work alongside carpenters, electricians, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven Expertise in Residential Plumbing: At least 3 years of hands-on experience preferred.
- Valid Journeyman Plumber's License or Higher (Master Plumber Preferred).
- Strong Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving Skills.
- Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints & Technical Drawings.
- Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver plumbing materials and equipment as needed.
- Reliable & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Compensation & Benefits
