Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Valid Minnesota dental license
• Proficiency in routine dental procedures and surgeries
• Strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Excellent patient communication and education abilities
• Ability to mentor and collaborate with assistants, hygienists, and peers
• Commitment to maintaining accurate patient records and regulatory compliance
  
  

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental care, including:
  • General dentistry (crowns, bridges, restorations, dentures)
  • Endodontics (anterior, premolar, some molar)
  • Oral surgery (extractions, impacted molars, alveoloplasty)
  • Pediatric dentistry (SSCs, pulpotomies, space maintainers, restorations)
• Provide culturally competent, patient-centered care and education
• Mentor and support dental staff through coaching, case reviews, and leadership
• Collaborate effectively with the care team to ensure excellent outcomes
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic records
• Ensure compliance with clinic, state, and federal guidelines
