Job DescriptionJob Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Type: Temp to hireLocation: Atlanta, GAPay: $20/hour Shift: 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday (Hybrid)Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and technical support for company products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues through phone, email, and remote tools.
• Document all interactions accurately and follow up on unresolved matters.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify solutions and maintain service standards.
• Educate customers on product use and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bilingual fluency with Spanish/English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer support experience.
  • Prior experience in a high-volume customer service and/or call center environment.
• Medical or clinical experience is a must.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical calls, such as providing mobile phone support, or troubleshooting equipment over the phone.
• Proficient with MS Office, Windows, SQL, and remote support tools.
• Salesforce experience a plus.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
• Frequent sitting, typing, and phone communication throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.
