Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
• Answer incoming calls in a courteous manner and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and organized records.
• Assist with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
• Support the preparation and filing of income tax returns by organizing and reviewing relevant documentation.
• Coordinate office activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting deadlines.
• Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects as needed.• Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably in an office environment that values attention to detail.
• Proficient in handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with receptionist duties, including greeting clients and managing front desk operations.
• Basic knowledge of income tax return procedures is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.
