Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met and management is engaged
- Spearhead social media campaigns
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative departments, to ensure project goals are achieved
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing projects, utilizing metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative and effective marketing strategies for the company
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing project coordination
- 2+ years social media marketing
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools/software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
