Fox Cities Builders is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support our financial operations across multiple entities. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What Youll Do:
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including vendor setup, invoice processing, and payment coordination
- Review vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Process weekly payments, including checks, ACH, and Positive Pay submissions
- Oversee credit card transactions, approvals, and monthly reconciliations
- Maintain fuel system records, reporting, and employee access
- Support intercompany invoicing and project-related billing/reporting
- Assist with annual 1099 processing and ongoing reporting needs
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in company meetings

- Accounting/AP experience preferred
