Licensed Mental Health Professional/ Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professional to deliver comprehensive mental health services in a clinical setting.

• Conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy across diverse populations, including children, geriatrics, and individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and crisis intervention to support patient well-being.
• Manage crisis situations, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Offer telehealth services when needed and collaborate on psychopharmacology considerations.
• Provide supervision or training for interns or staff and participate in clinical research efforts.


Qualifications include valid licensure, experience with various therapy modalities, crisis management skills, and proficiency with EMR and telehealth platforms.

This full-time role offers a flexible schedule with a salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, working in both inpatient and outpatient settings to improve mental health outcomes through evidence-based, compassionate care.
