Pharmacy Technician Compensation
- Pay Rate: $24.45 per hour
- Benefits available to full-time employees after 90 days, including health, dental, vision, life, and short-term disability insurance
- 401(k) with company match available for full-time employees after 1 year of service
Pharmacy Technician Highlights
- This is a contract-to-hire position with potential for permanent placement based on attendance, performance, and business needs
- Required availability includes flexible shifts, including weekends

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities
- Accurately fill prescriptions and prepare IV medications under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist
- Enter prescription and billing data into computer systems
- Assist Pharmacist with final review, staging, and packaging of medications
- Maintain inventory, track lot numbers and expiration dates, and assist with physical counts
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, equipment calibration, and cleanliness
Pharmacy Technician Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
- Must be a registered pharmacy technician in MN
- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow Pharmacist instructions
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekend shifts
- Proficient with computer systems for data entry and billing purposes
