To provide courteous, professional, and prompt assistance to the general public and member-owners desiring electric service connections and disconnections, information, explanations, or assistance in a manner that demonstrates a desire and willingness to consistently provide high-quality member experience.
To promote the services of the Cooperative and their use by the membership.
EDUCATION: High school graduate or equivalent required. Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience in a customer service and/or public relations function, is preferred.
