We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Pallet Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining wooden pallets used for shipping and storage. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with hand tools and power equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble wooden pallets using hand tools, nail guns, and saws.

• Inspect pallets for damage and perform necessary repairs.

• Measure, cut, and prepare lumber according to specifications.

• Ensure all pallets meet quality and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpentry, woodworking, or a warehouse environment preferred but not required.

• Ability to safely operate hand tools and power tools.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.

• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
