Key Responsibilities:
Create a Positive Customer Experience
- Bring enthusiasm and professionalism to each interaction
- Build rapport with prospects and represent the brand positively
- Ensure every customer interaction leaves a strong impression
Drive Results
- Promote offers and services through outbound outreach
- Encourage engagement and help convert prospects into customers
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Nurture Leads
- Build meaningful connections with potential customers
- Conduct follow-ups and guide prospects through the decision-making process
Collaborate and Grow
- Work closely with team members to share ideas and best practices

Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales, customer service, or telemarketing experience is a plus but not required
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers in a friendly, upbeat manner
