We are looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Laser Engraving & Graphics Production Specialist to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating a laser engraving machine and producing high-quality vinyl graphics using a commercial-grade printer. The ideal candidate takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and efficiency, and enjoys working in a production-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain laser engraving equipment for various materials (wood, acrylic, metal, plastics, etc.)
• Print, cut, weed, and apply vinyl graphics using commercial-grade printing and cutting equipment
• Set up jobs, load files, and ensure correct sizing, alignment, and material settings
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Manage production workflow to meet deadlines and order requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate with team members regarding job status, material needs, and quality issues

Qualifications:

• Experience operating laser engraving machines and/or commercial vinyl printers (preferred but not required)
• Basic understanding of design and production files (SVG, PDF, AI, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working on your feet and handling materials
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

Nice to Have:

• Experience with software such as Illustrator, CorelDRAW, LightBurn, or similar
• Background in sign making, fabrication, print production, or custom manufacturing
• Mechanical aptitude or previous shop/production experience
