Position Overview
We are currently in search of an OB/GYN Physician (MD/DO) to enhance our expanding Women’s Health team. This position is entirely outpatient, focusing solely on ambulatory women’s health services.
There will be no deliveries, no operating room duties, and no night, weekend, or holiday shifts. Physicians will enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting an excellent work-life balance.
Your role will involve providing comprehensive gynecological and outpatient obstetrical care within a collaborative, patient-focused environment, supported by a skilled clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
-
Conduct well-woman exams, acute visits, and family planning services

Provide evidence-based outpatient obstetrical care for low- to moderate-risk patients

Perform in-office gynecological procedures, including:

Annual examinations
-
Contraceptive and LARC insertion/removal

Colposcopy and biopsies
-
Menopausal care
-
Collaborate with Women’s Health providers and clinical leadership
-
Ensure timely and accurate documentation in Epic
-
Complete billing and finalize clinical tasks in line with policy
-
Refer patients appropriately for testing, specialty care, and follow-up
-
Engage in quality improvement and peer review initiatives
-
Offer clinical guidance to nursing staff and medical assistants
-
May rotate among various outpatient clinic locations as necessary
Qualifications
-
MD or DO from an accredited medical institution
-
Completion of an ACGME-accredited OB/GYN residency (or equivalent approved program)
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
-
Active or eligible medical license in Florida
-
Active or eligible DEA registration
-
Prior outpatient OB/GYN experience is preferred

BLS certification required
-
Familiarity with Epic or other EMR systems is preferred
