Position: Professional Care Technician
Location: Niles, Dowagiac, Cassopolis, Marcellus, Paw Paw
Pay: $17.13 per hour

Shift:
✔ 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available, 24 –32hrs/week (includes every other weekend)
✔ Combine hours from other programs to reach up to 40 hrs. /week
About the Role:
As a Professional Caregiver, you'll be a trusted source of support for individuals who need assistance with daily living. Your presence will help the people feel safe, respected, and valued.
In this role, you will:
- Provide personal care with dignity and empathy
- Assist with mobility, meals, hygiene, and daily routines
- Offering companionship that brightens each day
- Observe and report changes in client well‑being
- Maintain a safe, clean, and encouraging environment

Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Compassionate, caring, and understanding
- Pass background check
- Physical exam
- Valid driver's license
- Availability to work rotating weekends
- Maintain confidentiality (HIPAA & HITECH laws)
