Our client, a leading investment management firm in Greenwich, CT, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team! This role will support several professionals across the business, providing critical assistance with scheduling, travel, and day-to-day operations. The position is hybrid and requires a polished, detail-oriented individual with a 24-hour mindset who can anticipate needs and deliver seamless support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling for multiple team members.
- Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements using Concur.
- Handling expenses, reporting, and administrative support tasks.
- Serving as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and team support as needed.
Requirements:
- 2–8 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting several professionals at once.
- Strong calendar management and travel coordination background.
- Hands-on experience with Concur (required).
- Polished, proactive, and adaptable with strong organizational skills.
- Degree not required.
