Responsibilities:
• Verify invoices against inventory records to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Review purchase orders and ensure all inventory transactions are properly documented.
• Assist in processing and organizing physical inventory, including moving and arranging boxes.
• Monitor inventory movement to ensure proper tracking and timely updates to the system.
• Collaborate with team members to address inventory-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system.
• Support the purchasing team by entering purchase orders into the system as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and standards in all inventory activities.• Proven experience in inventory management or a similar role.
• Strong familiarity with asset inventory processes and systems.
• Ability to accurately enter and manage purchase orders in relevant systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in records.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle physical inventory tasks.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software.
