Trailer Sales Rep (In office) - Phone Sales - Amazing Career Growth Opportunity
Buckeye Trailers – Mechanicstown, OH
Pay:
- Base Salary: $800/week
- Minimum Sales Requirement: 8 completed sales per month
- Time Off Policy: No paid vacation or paid holidays
Monthly Sales Bonus Structure:
Bonuses are cumulative and based on total units sold per month:
- 10 sales: $1,000 bonus
- 12 sales: Additional $300 bonus
- 15 sales: Additional $500 bonus
- 20 sales: Additional $1,000 bonus

What You’ll Do
- Develop new business through proactive outreach — calls, networking, referrals, and social media.
- Build lasting relationships and truly understand your customers’ needs.

- Help customers with financing and keep them informed throughout the buying process.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing to expand your territory and customer base.
