Soliant is seeking motivated Staff Pharmacists for full-time, direct-hire opportunities with a rapidly growing mail-order pharmacy operation in Southgate, KY. Position Details:
-
Start: ASAP
-
Schedule: Rotating 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:30 AM
-
Typically four earlier shifts per week and one later shift
-
Occasional weekday variations as needed
-
Weekend rotation may be added in future (every 6th or 8th weekend)

On-site role in a high-volume mail-order environment
Responsibilities:
-
Process and accurately dispense prescription orders
-
Provide pharmaceutical care and patient medication counseling
-
Maintain confidential patient information and controlled substance documentation
-
municate with providers and troubleshoot prescription-related issues
-
Work efficiently within a multi-floor, automated production workflow
-
Reference clinical and operational resources to ensure accuracy and safety
-
Uphold high-quality standards and support continuous workflow improvements
Required Qualifications:
-
Active Kentucky Pharmacist license in good standing (required)

PharmD or RPh degree (required)
-
Minimum 1 year of pharmacist experience (required; retail experience accepted)

Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
-
Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written munication skills
Required Technical Skills:

Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Automation experience required (automation exposure from retail settings such as Parata, ScriptPro, etc., is acceptable and should be clearly noted)
