Digital Marketing Account Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, results-driven Account Manager to join our growing Client Services team. This full-time position is based in our Loveland, Ohio office, offering a flexible hybrid/remote work schedule.
What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Ownership: Serve as the primary liaison and strategic partner for a diverse portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication.

Campaign Leadership and Execution: Take the lead in planning and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, implementing strategy, and ensuring alignment and execution from kickoff to completion.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Take the lead to organize and communicate with internal teams (strategy, design, development, platform experts) to coordinate efforts for campaigns, initiatives, and challenges.

Proactive Problem-Solving: Leverage critical thinking and a willingness to dig in and learn to proactively identify and solve client challenges, ensuring smooth project workflow and client satisfaction.

Performance Tracking and Insights: Work independently or collaboratively to track and report on key marketing performance metrics, assist in data analytics, and provide actionable insights for campaign improvement and strategic adaptation.

Manage a Book of Business: Watch over client hours usage, budgets, and client performance, leading to profitability both internally and externally.
Qualifications You Will Need

BA/BS degree in business, communications, digital media, technology, or a similar field

Minimum of three years of experience with an agency or client-side digital marketing role

Strong verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to track multiple tasks while managing time efficiently

Experience in the digital/interactive marketing environment and working in various marketing platforms to execute or assist in reporting; i.e. email marketing, SMS tools, mobile apps, loyalty platforms, content tools, etc.

Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website platform tools and languages

Adaptability and enthusiasm for continuous learning and adapting to the fast-paced, ever-evolving digital environment
Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs/Sheets/Presentations) or Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike, Jira, Monday)

Experience or familiarity with photo editing software is a plus
