Magda Care Services LLC is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide quality nursing care and support to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will work closely with Registered Nurses, physicians, and caregivers to ensure excellent patient care and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care and monitor patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Communicate patient updates to supervising healthcare providers
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients and families
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida
- Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program
- CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in home health, rehabilitation, long-term care, or private duty care
- Knowledge of medication administration and basic nursing procedures
- Experience working with elderly, post-surgical, or mobility-impaired patients
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- At least 2 years of work experience on the same field
