Our client, a fast-growing, nationwide property management company specializing in storage facilities, is looking to add a Full-Time Accountant to their team in Stillwater, MN. What Youll Do:
As an Accountant, youll play a vital role in supporting financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the companys continued success. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, income statements)
- Reconciling bank accounts, payroll, and customer accounts
- Managing general ledger, fixed assets, depreciation, and accruals
- Reviewing and approving financial transactions
- Supporting audits and preparing tax filings
- Maintaining accounting systems and controls in compliance with GAAP
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Sage is a plus
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $68,000 $72,000/year
