Job Description

Job DescriptionCustomer Service The Customer Service Rep supports daily business operations by providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and performing administrative tasks that ensure efficient workflow across the organization. Responsibilities

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, assist customers with inquiries, and provide professional support.
  • Perform high?volume data entry, maintain databases, update spreadsheets, and verify information for accuracy.
  • Manage mail, packages, filing systems, and general office correspondence.
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and communication with internal departments.
  • Maintain office supplies, organize work areas, and assist with general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Accurate typing and data entry abilities with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently or as part of a team.

Job Details:

  • Contract
  • 100% onsite
  • Pay $18-$20 an hour depending on experience
