Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time contract position offers an opportunity to serve as a Behavior Specialist with BCBA credentials in a school setting within the Metro Baltimore Area. The focus is on supporting Early Childhood students as part of the Early Learning Team, contributing to positive behavioral and educational outcomes for young learners.

Location: Glen Burnie, MD (Onsite)

Contract Duration: August 18, 2026 June 11, 2027
Hours: Up to 37.5 hours per week, full-time
Assignment: May vary across multiple schools
Start of Candidate Presentations: April 7, 2026

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide applied behavior analysis support to early learners, implementing evidence-based interventions aligned with student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators and support staff to create individualized behavior plans and strategies.
  • Maintain detailed daily logs to document activities, progress, and outcomes for data-driven reporting.
  • Support the Early Learning Team in fostering positive developmental and behavioral growth among students.
  • Generate comprehensive reports evaluating intervention effectiveness and contributing to program improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensure is required.
  • Experience working with early childhood populations in educational settings is preferred.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with attention to detail in tracking student progress.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Must complete Maryland state-specific credentialing requirements as part of onboarding.
