- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide product information and cross-sell related services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records.
- Stay informed about our evolving product lines and services.
What You Bring:
- Excellent Communication Skills: You’re clear, professional, and friendly in all interactions—written and verbal.
- Customer-Focused Mindset: You’re passionate about providing outstanding service.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating computers and using software to support customer interactions.
- Call Center Experience: Previous experience with inbound/outbound calls is a plus.
