We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to support our account management team. This role involves assisting in the development and maintenance of client relationships, coordinating internal project timelines, and ensuring client needs are consistently met. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the execution of client-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a point of contact for assigned accounts, supporting senior account managers
Assist in preparing client proposals, reports, and presentations
Monitor project progress and collaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met
Help identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention
Track client feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns
Maintain accurate account records and update CRM systems regularly
Participate in client meetings and take detailed notes for follow-up
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy
