Job Description
Operations Road Scholar Transport is seeking a dedicated Dispatcher who will play a key leadership role in operational performance, safety compliance, and—critically—building strong, trust‐based relationships with our drivers.
Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant fleet performance</li>
<li>Build meaningful relationships with drivers through consistent communication, coaching, and support</li>
<li>Serve as a trusted resource for drivers, promoting a culture of respect, accountability, and safety</li>
<li>Review and analyze safety metrics, incidents, and operational KPIs</li>
<li>Partner closely with the Director to implement continuous improvement strategies</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations</li>
<li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to connect with and support drivers</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem‐solving abilities</li>
</ul>
