Responsibilities
- Pilot commercial aircraft for passenger and cargo transport on scheduled routes.
- Conduct pre-flight inspections, examining aircraft systems, and ensuring readiness for flight.
- Communicate effectively with air traffic control and coordinate with the flight crew during all phases of flight.
- Monitor weather conditions and make adjustments to flight plans as necessary for safety.
- Ensure compliance with all federal aviation regulations and company policies.
- Maintain detailed flight logs and documentation as required by aviation authorities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor with passengers and crew.
Requirements
- Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with appropriate ratings.
- Current medical certification as required by aviation authorities.
- Minimum of 2,500 flight hours, including a significant amount of pilot-in-command (PIC) time.
- Experience with specific aircraft models preferred.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety procedures, and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with crew and passengers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
