Exciting opportunity for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about supporting students' communication needs! This contract role begins August 2026 and continues through June 2027, providing onsite speech therapy in a welcoming school setting near Marysville, CA. Full-time candidates are encouraged to apply, with a schedule of 37.5 hours weekly serving PreK-12th grade students. The role is open to both local professionals and travelers seeking rewarding school-based experience.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
- School-based SLP experience highly valued
- Comfortable managing a diverse PreK-12 caseload
- Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills
- Able to work independently onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to students
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaborations
- Accurately document services, progress, and recommendations
- Provide educational support and resources to teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain compliance with school and state regulations
