Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position seeks a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist specializing in early childhood education to work onsite with a preschool caseload. Located in Boston, MA, this contract role spans the current school year and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young learners' communication development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to preschool-aged children
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and identified needs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Massachusetts state licensure requirements
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills

Qualifications:

  • Current Massachusetts Speech Language Pathologist License required
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood speech and language development
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective teamwork
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 35-40 hours per week with attention to detail
