Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A school psychologist position is available in Antioch, TN, offering a full-time contract opportunity for the 2025/2026 school year. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in providing psychological services within K-12 educational settings. Immediate start is preferred, and the position involves working onsite to support students' academic, emotional, and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to develop effective intervention plans
- Provide counseling and support services to students with diverse needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist with Individualized Education Program (IEP) development
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and comply with all professional and legal standards
- Coordinate with school leadership to define and manage caseload specifics
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant certification and licensure as a school psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 student populations
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
- Familiarity with educational laws, regulations, and best practices
