Job Summary

The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) will provide in-person therapy services to students in a school-based setting. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in a pediatric population.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to children and young adults.
  • Manage a caseload of approximately 30 students.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and planning.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Day shift (7.5-hour shifts)
  • Full-time schedule (approximately 37.5 hours per week)
  • In-person role (no virtual option)
  • Potential assignment across multiple school locations (no same-day travel required)
  • Part-time candidates may be considered

Required Qualifications

  • Active Speech Language Pathologist license (state-specific, required at submission)
  • Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
