JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-
Computed Tomography Technologist
CT TECH
Full-Time
Computed Tomography Technologist candidates will have the following job responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient</li>
<li>Determine most suitable anatomical posture/position and shield patients accordingly</li>
<li>Collaborate with physicians and other Imaging staff as needed</li>
<li>Practice aseptic/sterile technique for all procedures</li>
<li>Work within the CT Tech scope of practice according to policy and procedures</li>
<li>Follow all general infection control measures and those specific to the CT scan department</li>
<li>Complete required documentation accurately immediately after completing each case</li>
</ul>
JOB QUALIFICATIONS-

Computed Tomography Technologist candidates must meet the following minimum job qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an accredited school of Diagnostic Imaging</li>
<li>One year of experience in performing CT preferred</li>
<li>Florida State DOH General Radiographer and ARRT CT Registry or registry eligible and acquire within six months of hire</li>
<li>WILL CONSIDER A SEASONED X-RAY TECH TO TRAIN TO CT TECH- MIN SALARY</li>
