Job DescriptionLHH is seeking a Healthcare Recruiting Manager for a 10–12-week temporary opportunity with one of our clients just south of Richmond, VA. This is an onsite role and prior hospital experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include:

Manage full-cycle recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles

Maintain a continuous candidate pipeline

Source, screen, and interview candidates across various healthcare disciplines

Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

Provide recruiting services aligned with established processes and systems
-
Support administrative tasks related to recruiting and onboarding

Partner with leadership to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies
-
Ensure timely and effective communication throughout the hiring process
-
Assist with reporting and tracking recruitment metrics
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
