Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission-Based Sales Representative to generate new business and drive sales growth for both MACH 1 Epoxy and PAINT CORPS in Baltimore and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional, a passion for home improvement, and a desire to earn uncapped commission.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial markets.
Develop relationships with contractors, property managers, business owners, and homeowners.
Conduct sales presentations and consultations to educate potential clients on our services.
Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to prospective customers.
Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Represent the brands professionally and uphold our commitment to quality service.
Qualifications:
Proven sales experience, preferably in home improvement, coatings, construction, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Ability to generate leads and close deals effectively.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the Baltimore area.
Basic knowledge of coatings, painting, or construction is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
100% Commission-Based with unlimited earning potential after paid training.
