Tax Senior Manager
 
Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage all phases of client tax engagements for closely held businesses and owners</li>
<li>Perform final review of business and individual tax returns</li>
<li>Provide proactive tax planning, strategy, and advisory services</li>
<li>Supervise and mentor staff and managers, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and client service enhancements</li>
<li>Support firm leadership with technical research and staff development</li>
</ul>
 
 
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>12+ years of public accounting experience, primarily in tax for small business clients</li>
<li>CPA designation required</li>
<li>Strong technical knowledge and leadership ability</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service</li>
<li>Desire to contribute to a growing, collaborative team environment</li>
