Special Education Case Manager // High School - Keene, NH

A Special Education Case Manager is needed for the 20252026 school year in Keene, NH. This is a full-time, onsite position serving one high school building. The Case Manager will oversee student IEPs, coordinate services, and support students in achieving academic and personal success.

Position Details:

• Location: Keene, NH (High School one building)

• Dates: Full 20252026 School Year

• Schedule: Full-time, 8:10 AM 3:45 PM

• Setting: Onsite only (district uses VOCO for virtual services)

• Requirement: Active NH Teaching Certification

Duties:

• Manage and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success.

• Provide direct services and accommodations to high school students as needed.

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress monitoring.
  
  

Requirements:

• Developmental Cognitive Disability preferred
• Candidate must be licensed in Early Childhood(Must have Early Childhood Endorsement on license)
• Bachelors level degree in Special Education
