Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Certification in Special Education, with credentials valid for the state or eligible for transfer
- Experience or familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapting curriculum to meet diverse learning needs
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with elementary-level instructional techniques and behavioral supports
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to each student’s unique learning profile
- Provide differentiated instruction to ensure academic growth and social-emotional well-being
- Collaborate with general education teachers, paraeducators, and related service professionals
- Track and report student progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations
