Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) who is a Board Approved Supervisor to support our Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This role is designed for a highly experienced professional who can provide clinical oversight, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and support the delivery of high-quality care.

This is a low-commitment, high-impact opportunity ideal for a licensed RN with supervisory credentials who is looking to contribute expertise on a flexible, monthly basis for 8 hours.


Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision in accordance with board and regulatory requirements

• Review and ensure compliance of clinical documentation and medical records

• Support quality assurance and program integrity initiatives

• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to maintain best practices in patient care

• Provide guidance on medical and behavioral health integration within the IOP setting

• Ensure adherence to all applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards

Qualifications

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in state of employment
• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills
• First aid/CPR certification required
