Awesome Career Opportunity for an experienced (5 to 7 years) Franchise Business Coach. We are a young, growing Restaurant Organization based in the Washington, DC, metro area.
This new position reports directly to the CEO of our entrepreneurially driven company. It is Mission Critical that we hire the right person for this position, as we are not top-heavy with a lot of extra people walking around.
With your Excellent Communication Skills and proven Franchise Business Coaching experience, you will be a natural to play a key part in this growing company.
As our Franchise Business Coach, you will work closely with our Franchisees to enhance their business strategies, improve sales performance, and foster effective customer relationship management.
Duties
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to identify the needs of the franchisee and develop tailored business strategies.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on sales-building techniques, controlling cost without compromising our Standards.
- Collaborate with franchisees to create actionable plans for business development and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor the progress of the franchisee and provide ongoing support to ensure the successful implementation of strategies.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to help franchisees make informed business decisions.
