Minimum 1+ years Paraprofessional or Special Education experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A school in the North St. Paul, MNarea is looking for a caring and dedicated Paraprofessional to support our teachers and students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and have the ability to work well in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson preparation.

• Support students with special needs or those requiring extra help.

• Help maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.

• Monitor student behavior and assist with classroom management.

• Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.

• Experience working with children.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Para Certification in MN State.
