This role offers opportunities on both first and second shifts. The first shift runs from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, while the second shift operates from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Both shifts offer competitive pay and may require work on Saturdays. You will be cross-trained across picking, packaging, and receiving tasks in a high-tech environment with minimal equipment usage.
Responsibilities
- Verify materials received against purchase requisitions.
- Accurately pick, break down, and quality control orders for production and direct shipping to customers.
- Operate a Stand Up Reach Truck and any of the five class forklifts following OSHA requirements.
- Prepare skids for freight shipments, including wrapping and strapping.
- Stock bins and shelves with parts from receiving carts and return-to-stock areas.
- Package and quality control systems and parts for shipping.
- Check in RMAs and RTVs.
- Report damages and discrepancies for accounting and record-keeping purposes.
- Ensure timely and accurate receipt of products from vendors.
- Contribute ideas and participate in monthly meetings.
- Complete semi-annual inventories and weekly cycle counts.
Essential Skills
- 1 to 3 years of warehouse experience.
- 1 to 3 years of RF scanner experience.
- 1 to 3 years of picking experience.
- Strong computer skills.
- Comfortable reading very small printed labels.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and write in English.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a warehouse of a computer or electronics company is a plus.
- A strong attention to detail and passion for computers/technology are highly valued.

The facility is temperature-controlled, organized, and clean. Employees can enjoy a casual dress code and are allowed to wear headphones during their shifts. The warehouse is well-maintained and optimized for efficiency.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
