Holley, a leader in automotive aftermarket products, has an immediate opening for a Technical Service Representative in office at our Phoenix, AZ facility.
This position is responsible for providing world class customer service and technical support to Holley customers across the BAER Brake brand. The selected candidate will spend most of his/her time supporting our products, answering product questions as well as resolving technical issues. Prior experience working with cars/trucks as well as any sales or customer service skills is preferred.
Annual base salary $41,600 plus commission earnings. Salary plus average commission earnings could lead upwards of $44,000 or more.

- Document and report technical or quality issues to product teams
- Provide suggestions for new products
Position Requirements:
- Be an automotive enthusiast with some technical experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- An ASE certificate or vocational certificate or 2-year degree in an automotive field (a plus)
- Computer skills required include word processing and spreadsheet knowledge.
- Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
- Some travel may be required(approx. 4 weekends per year) to attend automotive events/races.
