Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Norton, Ohio. In this role, you will provide essential speech and language services that support students communication skills, academic progress, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication needs

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals

• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success

• Document student progress and maintain compliance with district and state requirements

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans

Qualifications:

• Active Ohio Speech-Language Pathologist license required

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Prior school-based experience preferred, but not required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Dedication to helping students achieve communication and academic success
