JOB SUMMARY

We're looking for a passionate, people-focused Starbucks Manager to lead the daily operations of our licensed Starbucks at the DoubleTree by Hilton Evansville. In this fast-paced, high-energy environment, you’ll serve more than just coffee—you’ll serve connection, consistency, and community. From morning rush to closing shift, you’ll ensure the team delivers exceptional guest service while upholding the highest standards in product quality, cleanliness, and brand excellence.


WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead, train, and coach a team of baristas and shift supervisors to consistently deliver a welcoming, efficient, and high-quality Starbucks experience.
  • Manage daily store operations, including inventory, scheduling, financial controls, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety and brand standards.
  • Monitor and manage labor and product costs to achieve profitability targets without compromising service.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and guest-first service.
  • Partner with hotel leadership to ensure alignment between Starbucks operations and hotel goals.
  • Implement Starbucks and HCW Hospitality brand standards and initiatives, including seasonal product rollouts and promotional campaigns.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally, turning challenges into memorable moments.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing, health, and safety standards—including ServSafe and Starbucks training certifications.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Progressive experience in a supervisory or management role within a coffeehouse, QSR, or hospitality setting.
  • Previous Starbucks or licensed Starbucks leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, labor management, and basic financial reporting.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
  • A hands-on leadership style with a passion for people and service.
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays.
