In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a vital part in supporting HR operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize both physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and related documents.
• Update internal databases with new employee information and ensure records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Create, publish, and remove job advertisements as needed.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as hiring statistics by department.
• Develop training and onboarding materials to streamline new employee integration.
• Address employee inquiries regarding benefits, including vacation eligibility and other HR-related concerns.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and practices while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and approachable HR environment.
• Conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance in HR processes.
• Assist with background checks, benefit functions, and other HR-related tasks as needed.• Degree or certification in Human Resources or a related field.
• Entry-level experience in an HR role or equivalent administrative position.
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, or similar software.
• Familiarity with ATS and HRMS platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and ethical judgment.
• Critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service mindset with a helpful and approachable demeanor.
