Position: RN-Telemetry (Travel/Contract)

We're hiring experienced RN-Telemetry for a 13-week contract in Alamogordo, New Mexico — earn up to ($1825 - $1921 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data to ensure patient safety and well-being.

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Educate patients and families on health management and telemetry procedures.

• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.

• Utilize performance metrics to assess and improve personal nursing practices.

• Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

• Adhere to hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

• Engage in regular feedback sessions to enhance personal and team performance.

• Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff as needed.

Experience/Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Mexico with telemetry nursing experience.

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and data interpretation.

• Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

• Experience in developing and implementing patient care plans.

• Ability to document patient assessments accurately and timely.

• Understanding of hospital policies and procedures for safety.

• Experience in mentoring or training new nursing staff.

• Willingness to engage in feedback sessions for performance improvement.
