Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Quincy, Massachusetts. This is a long-term contract position where you will play a key role in managing and processing essential data with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in their work.

Responsibilities:
• Accurately input and update data into various systems and databases.
• Handle email correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
• Utilize 10-key typing skills to process numerical data efficiently.
• Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital, for easy access and retrieval.
• Perform basic calculations and verify the accuracy of entered data.
• Scan and digitize documents while ensuring proper categorization.
• Create and edit spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Draft and format documents in Microsoft Word.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing client or team member needs.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.• Proficiency in 10-key typing with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience in data entry and managing large volumes of information.
• Familiarity with email correspondence tools and practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Ability to organize files and maintain systematic record-keeping.
• Basic mathematical skills to perform calculations as needed.
• Experience with scanning and digitizing documents.
