This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 1-2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, be part of a family, and grow with an established brand.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction (comfortable with ladders, caulking, fascia repair, metal break, and fascia wrap)
• Positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to use app on smartphone to manage jobs
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Interest in growing with the company
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!

Compensation: Hourly Position ($20 - 28 depending on experience) initially but opportunity to transition to Performance Pay (commission) at 90 days

Required experience:

• Construction/Carpentry: 1-2 years
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid drivers license and fairly clean driving record
