Key Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Medical-Surgical and telemetry skills preferred
Schedule & Location:
- Day shift, from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
- Contract position located in Morristown, Tennessee
- Flexible scheduling available; schedule adjustments and time off can be coordinated with management
- Travelers must live more than 50 miles from the facility
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to medical-surgical patients with a typical ratio of 1 nurse to 6-7 patients
- Utilize Cerner EMR to maintain accurate patient records
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Adhere to hospital policies and maintain professionalism in all patient interactions
